corner lot is an additional P200/sqm

Our 2 current house and lot packages are at:

P4,525,000.00 for the Castellon Model with lot area of 150sqm and house floor area of 133.8sqm

yes, you are "free" to build your own home "subject to the restrictions and design guidelines" of the village..

Mediterranean for he Villas and Balinese for the Mansions phase.

Regarding differences, developments in the Mansions phase (compared to the Villas) would cater more to the "upper class" and will have "more open spaces" and "bigger function areas"

question. what would be the main advantage of south forbes be against say verdana mamplasan (ayala developer) sicne these 2 seem to be the closest competitors albeit verdana only has 200 square meter as minimum while 150 sq. meters in the villas is available...?

can you say that in the long term, the property of south forbes area will be of higher resale value?
