Club shares were selling at P460,000 per share BUT you must first purchase a lot

Terms is up to 18 months to pay without interest

Lot cuts are from 598sqm to 1,200sqm

Prices start at P6,600/sqm (up to P13,200/sqm depending on the view and location)
Terms is 30% downpayment, balance is up to 12 months to pay without interest
